The dredging project in this lake area has a processing capacity of up to 1,800 cubic meters per hour and requires continuous high-intensity operation for many years.
Traditional vibrating screens are prone to problems such as deformation and cracking of the screen frame during long-term high-load operation, which affects the efficiency of silt removal.
To break through this bottleneck, the project party conducted multiple rounds of on-site investigations and technical comparisons. Ultimately, Xi 'an KOSUN was selected to carry out a special upgrade and transformation of the existing equipment to enhance the screening efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

After a thorough analysis of the on-site working conditions, the Kosun technical team proposed three core renovation plans:

1. Material upgrade: Low alloy high strength structural steel is adopted to replace the original carbon steel brackets, effectively extending their service life.

3. Static mechanical analysis: Adjust the structure of the screen mesh bracket through static mechanical analysis to effectively avoid cracking risks.

This renovation not only solved the existing problems of the owner, but also provided a standardized renovation example for large-scale water area dredging projects.
