The dome-shaped mud cleaner is a highly efficient solid control device specially designed for working conditions such as oil drilling,

 geological exploration, and horizontal directional drilling (HDD). By adopting a closed dome structure and multi-stage separation technology, 

drill cuttings, sand particles and harmful solid phases in the drilling fluid can be quickly removed, the performance of the mud can be restored, 

the drilling cost can be significantly reduced, and the operation efficiency can be improved.

1. High-efficiency solid-phase control can achieve a separation accuracy of 5-74μm (adjustable), with a removal rate of over 90%, 

effectively maintaining the density and viscosity of the slurry.

The working principle of the dome-shaped mud cleaner:

The drilling mud is pumped into the domed cabin. The high-frequency vibrating screen is used for primary separation treatment of coarse particles larger than 74μm, 

and the cyclone group is used for centrifugal separation of fine solid phases ranging from 5 to 74μm. The sand is removed first, followed by the mud. 

After purification, the mud is returned to the circulation system, and the drill cuttings are collected and treated through the screw conveyor or the sand discharge port.
