The solids control system is also called the drilling fluid purification system. It is mainly used for the solid phase control and solid-liquid separation of the drilling fluid during the drilling process. The solids control system usually consists of 3-7 mud tanks, equipped with 5-level solids control, dispensing, weighting and other equipment. It is suitable for drilling projects of 500-9000 meters and meets the matching needs of drilling rigs from 250HP to 3000HP.
